Aaaaaargh!.......that's it I'm getting the mud flaps!
 

Washing down my baby this morning, guess what i saw? Another stone chip! And I just got her out of the body shop like three weeks ago fixing some. Funny thing is they i only seem to be getting them on the right side.

havent looked but that's probably the wheel that gets the power.

nothing wrong with splash guards. im getting them too.

They both get the power until one loses traction.

Do you have a six? There's no limited slip in the 4.0L which is probably why you're only getting them on the right side. That's why I installed an Auburn LSD... now I can get stones chips on both sides! LOL!

The flaps don't look too bad and they aren't very expensive....

Our driveway is gravel, so it was a pretty good idea for us!

There are more stones on the right side of the road than the left side of the road. That is why you are getting them on the right side more than the left side.

And again, both rear wheels push the car until one wheel breaks loose, then all power is spinging that wheel.

Here's the photo of my rear splash guards.
You didn't say WHERE you were getting the chips in the paint...
I put mine on to avoid the splashed mud on the rear lower fender.
They make front ones but I haven't felt a need. Are you getting chips in your door?
