Also whats the difference between SLP Loudmouths and SLP Loudmouth 2

I you want to save some money have a muffler shop weld some pipe and the tips in place for you since thats all the loudmouths are is pipe and tips. Everything else is bolt on but instead of replacing just your midpipe, go with long tubes and a mid pipe from the beginning so you don't waste any money later on. Take it from me the midpipe isn't worth the money.
