You can thank the FORD supplier for the piece of crap stereo in the Mustang.

Piece of crap stereo? While i've heard a few minor complaints about it (a bit of paint wear... which is being replaced..., etc.), isn't the Shaker a pretty high-quality product overall, or do i have the wrong impression?

I called the dealer earlier this morning. They have to take pictures with some satallite uplink camera that sends the pics to ford? I dunno dont really care as long as it gets fixed.
Lot's of companies are documenting instances - I think due to billing issues. My tooth chipped and they had to take a picture for the insurance carrier. Overall...I like my Skipper 500 but I am showing some wear on my number 2 button.

Ouch.

ArmorAll. My shaker500 deck looks just like it did the day I bought my stang, if not newer.

You must be in one of those area's that you have to change the station quite often to get a good station because you just plum wore out that seek button. To solve that problem, I bought a XM radio and no more seek problems.

Just add it to the list of problems that need to be fixed and take it in to the dealer. Make sure they give you a rental!
Oh, and maybe you need to clip those fingernails? HEE HEE! ;-)

Mine did the same thing and it skipped. I got a new head unit installed Friday but the backlight doesn't work so I will have to take it back so they can fix that. They will give you a new radio though for that problem, just tell the dealer it skips real bad too.
