Would have been nice to know that before I bought it.[:@]
If I had it to do over I would go with Diablo Predator for tuner

I had no problems at all with the airaid setup even with the factory tune. Just DO NOT remove the venturi before you go to a tuner. You're MAF will go bonkers and the car will go into safe mode.

Gprice, I recommend the C&L CAI kit and the Diablosport tuner. Let me know what you decide or if you have any questions, I'd like the oppurtunity to have you as a customer. Looking forward to helping you out.

Have to agree the C&L TrueFlow system is the way to go but strongly recommend you buy the kit with the DiabloSport Predator included. DiabloSport has C&L tunes for 05 GTs on their site but not the 06s and getting DiabloSport customer support on this (C&L does not have the tunes on their site) was a nightmare. If you get the C&L kit and DSP combo kit, the tune is already loaded on the DSP that comes with the combo. There is a great article on FordMuscle.com under their induction section on the C&L kit. It is an easy install if you get the combo kit. Both the instructions on FordMuscle.com and the ones that come in the combo kit are easy to follow. I took my time and installed and, in 60 minutes, had a killer intake system.

I just installed my C&L with XCal2 and tune from www.brenspeed.com. This combo completely kicks a**...I can't stop grinning!!
Took about 45 minutes (15 of that was running around trying to find something to pull the 40A fuse out

RE: Cai and tuner?
Well, on my '06, the DiabloSport website did not have the correct tunes for my calID (I bought my Predator without the loaded tunes). When I called DiabloSport, after being on hold for forever, they said I had to call C&L for the right tunes. So I did, and I spoke with Lee Bender, and he e-mailed the appropriate tune out to me right away. Had it on my Predator withing minutes of the phone call. C&L has excellent customer support, and that's another reason why I've been so pleased with their product. It's nice to know when you have a problem, the President of the company will answer the phone and help you out directly.
So, long story short, if you have trouble getting a tune for your Predator for your C&L intake, just call C&L and they could probably help you out in short order.
