i went with 3.73's just for drivability but 4.30 or 4.10's would probably be quicker. call TCI directly and talk to them. they will build your converter to match your car (torque specs, weight, gears, rpms at finish line etc. i had them bump mine up some to give me a harder launch.
Base on my hands on tests results with my 98 Camaro with my loose converter you would et better with a 3.55 gear verses even your 3.73 and certainly a 4.30. I've had three gears in my car and my original 2.73 et'ed the same as my current 3.23. Hard to believe but that my results when it was a mid 12 second car with factory cam/heads.
