i don't have h&r but i do have the ground control coilover kit installed. i like it but it didn't save any weight. did allow me to get the spring rate i wanted though.

I remember reading a past thread about the coilovers not being the best solution for mustang 05 since it needed to reinforce supports or something like that... altough I´m very interested in H&R´s.
Spyder, how is your car when driving on wet tarmac? GC is also a great option, with excelent quality pieces.

RE: H&R Coil Overs.. anyone have them?

drives fine...even with no sway bar and super soft drag springs in the front. believe it or not it doesn't handle that bad. i don't intend to push it very hard around twisty roads since i'm set up for straight line stuff but i can drive it just as i did before to work and back or out cruising. i even let my wife drive it....well once. i imagine once i get the rear spring issue straight and put on the drag shocks things may change but for now all is good. the ground control kit is nice very good quality but does require some fab work. they do offer a koni coilover strut and rear kit but it's fairly pricey. i went with a kit for stock struts since they seem to work well for street/strip cars.
