yep. no problems with the caliper. bogart make a special wheel just for the 05-06's. the center is super thin and it has a spacer welded to the hub area to giuve clearence for the calipers. now i have heard on another site that the discontinued weld XP series 15" wheels will fit our cars. there aren't many of them out there so if you can find a set good luck. the only fab work necessary for these wheels on the rear is to relocate the sway bar bracket. bmr and che both make a kit for this. mine will be here this week. for now i just cut the lower portion of the bracket to give clearence.

Did you go with bmr or chi? Is it the same kit & price? Did the $1600 include the tires or jus the four rims?

no my wife gave me the tire for valentines day.$570 to the door. they came from mccormack racing? my brother helped her with that one. thats was why i got cut off for a while buying stuff. i got my wheels before the last price increase so i really don't know how much they went up. i think justin ordered the bmr kit for me. after looking it would be no problem to make. would take me all of 30minutes. but its already ordered and i have lots more to do than mess with that. i still have to relocate the battery. i've got all the stuff just need to get it on the lift to run the cable and secure it. i did put the line locs on today also. and painted the calipers in the front. also you'll need to use a longer wheel stud with the bogarts. i'm going to cheat a little since i'll be switching from stocks to race wheels often. i don't want 3" of stud sticking out of my stock wheels. i found some 1/2-20 set scews that are about 1/2"long. i'm going to screw them into the open end lugs to give the appearance of long studs the stock studs wind up just 1/4" shy of NHRA rules...crap.

You've been a bigger help than you know for myself and a couple other guys who are dying for this info. Adam is going to be pissed - he just spent a lot on a 16" set-up and still had to adjust the calipers and get complete new brakes for the front to run 15". I was getting ready to get the same set-up. It's because of you and a couple other guys I came back to this site. As always, thanks for your solid and knowledgeable information. I'll be talking to derrik on monday, I'll say hi for ya!..

mark,
one you will notice is that your fronts will stick out even with the fender. mine don't cause i had AJE shorten my a arms1.5" and made new camber plates for the top strut mount to narrow the front track width. i just didn't like the tires sticking out that far but thats just me. derik knows all about the stuff i had done from aje i bought it all from him. also lost 100lbs. off the front too.
