I simply "filled" the depression with a large beach towel. It also doubles to keep the leather protected ;-)

I have a 3-year-old adopted brother who's almost as much into Mustangs as I am! He's already picked out what his is going to look like (orange, with purple racing stripes and green flames on the side -- hmm, hopefully he'll change his mind in the next 13 years...)

I just strap his car seat in the back and we're good to go. Maybe the seat is smaller? I've never had any trouble getting it to fit; I just make sure it's aligned straight before I let him jump in!

I did read a post a while back about somebody who put the seat in the middle and used both buckles to strap it in (?)

BrookShadow...Any problems with it sitting "crooked"? Seems to be the biggest problem due to the bottom of the booster being a hair too big and not fitting inside the actual seat cushions. It's hard to see until you notice the child sitting a little lopsided (that's how I noticed it).

A book/a wooden frame/a towel can fill the gap but if you've found one that fits...would be worth letting all of us kid friendly Stang owners know!

0to60 or anybody else for that matter...if yours fits without sitting crooked, what's the brand?

No, it sits fine. Both in front and in the back.

I am faced with the same problem - I'm using a towel under the seat, but would love to find one which fits in the seat correctly. I searched on Britax - is this the seat being discussed?

My kids no longer want to ride in the Expedition even if it means they sit a bit crooked at times....

That Graco turbobooster is the same we are trying to use for both kids. We also have the same problem. The kids WANT to ride in the Mustang instead of the car that makes sense, Malibu Maxx. Maxx has tons of leg room, rear seat audio, rear skylights, center armrest w/cupholders and storage and the rear seats recline. What more could they want? Turns out they would rather be stuffed into the rear of the rough riding no visibility Mustang. I can't figure it out.

Thats it! I will have to put on a loud exhaust and a CAI so they won't want to ride in it

Wow! That booster is awesome. But it is not the same as we have. Looks like they have upgraded.

Got the seatbelt extenders, they don't fit the rear. They are only made for the front. That really sucks, they would have been perfect to make it easier for the kids to buckle themselves.
