Sorry to hear!! I thought my baby was gonna get even more TLC when i brought her in for her 1st oil change last week. I thought you were gonna take care of her. Keep your chin up and I applaud you for not being a jerk and burning any bridges and being positive

oh yes i wish i had been there to snag your 10 for its first oil change but oh well ill find a new ford dealer soon and yes i will never burn bridges especially at such a large dealer like Brandon Ford and there is the fact that Service Managers change dealers almost as much as techs so you never know if you will be sitting infront of him again for an interview at another dealer a couple years down the line

yea a few of the teachers at my tech school(UTI) were really adamant at making sure we knew the bussiness side of the job and that we should never burn bridges because you never know who may be interviewing you at a different dealer years down the road
