Have a V6 but would like to change the grill to have the two fog likes similar to those found in the GT. Not bothered about the chrome look. Is this poss?

Ask discodave. I think he ordered the GT grill and it did not fit.

It also depends on if you have fogs already if you don't you will need all the wiring.

You are correct. I ordered the grill form my local dealer and was excited to get it installed. I was leary of it since I've heard that it might not fit. When it came in I took it out to the parking lot and held it up next to my stock grill and it wasn't even close. I wish some companies would come out with an aftermarket grill for the V6 that would incorporate the bigger fog lights. This car has been out for a while now and still nothing.

From what I can tell, there is absolutely NO aftermarket grill for this car. There are billet grills that you can strap onto the front of your stock grill but nothing that will fit without changing out the front fascia and other things.

So I wonder how many ppl would be interested in this sort of purchase - is this something like the folks @ American Muscle (sounds like a **** mag for body builders) or someone else in the aftermarkets consider this if a group buy was considered? Anyone else want this aftermarket?

OEM gt lights don't fit on the v6. You can order a take off gt bumper and grille to put on your car. Take off parts aren't terribly expensive. Someone makes lights that look "like" gt fog lights


IMHO just get a take-off front clip

I am eventually changing over my grill to the roush front end, so far I have the GT grill, fogs and wiring. I plan on getting the roush fascia for Xmas, then changing it all at once.

Gotta love the new 2011 V6 Grill that comes with the performance package that comes out summer of 2010.
