Just had my taillights painted with a dark cherry with three coats of clear. I think it's a good color because it's not too black and still shows the contours of the lights.

I like the look better than the GTO type covers. Is that legal where you live? Don't think that would fly here in Ct. Although, I've been driving without the front license plate so who knows. Looks great though.

man I REALLY like that. I would consider doing that to my Black GT. Man it makes the back end just look really mean. I don't like the stupid GTO covers, I had black tinted tail lights on my jetta and they looked bad ***... I would consider doing that to this car, I just don't want a PURE black out, I like that cherry black look.

I saw a 2010 Mustang today off of York road in Towson or Timonium Maryland today sitting in a parking lot with these exact same tail lights. The mustang was black too and was a GT. But I see you are in south carolina so I guess someone else did it too
