Has anyone else noticed them looking brighter too, or was it just the lighting where I was?
If they're different, that might be an option for someone to replace the dark one on a '10.
I had my grille pony and the grille surround painted Grabber Blue to match the car.

I just saw my first '11 GT 5.0, and it looked like the grille pony wasn't as dark as the one on my '10 GT.
Has anyone else noticed them looking brighter too, or was it just the lighting where I was?
If they're different, that might be an option for someone to replace the dark one on a '10.

This is another thing I've looked into.....
I ordered the Black Pony Emblem from my local Ford dealer and it is indeed BLACK.... not black chrome..... but BLACK plastic. I've seen a few pictures online that show a black chrome type pony that looks MUCH better. That's what I thought I was ordering but it wasn't the same thing. So, at the Ford dealer you have the option of Chrome or Black, not black chrome.
If someone know where to find one that is indeed black chrome I'd love to know.
