I can't wait to see your finished car... it's gonna look unbelievably sick.

So do you like bosozoku then? No need for me to spam his thread with it, but it is incredibly different, which you like, so google it! Not trying to be an ***, just making a point. Anyways, I am not a huge fan of roof spoilers because most are way too big, but this one isn't bad. Not something I would do, but it isn't bad. Also, I have to ask, but wtf is going on with that badge on the rear? Just wondering.

I had a CDC trim panel on it until we realized it was made of rubber and not plastic and because of which could not be smoothed and painted gloss black. So now, we are trying to figure out how I want to have a smooth trunk between the tail lights.

Thanks. It looks like the exterior will be about 90% done by August, hopefully. Just need the customers to continue to flow in.

Ohhh ok, well if you or anyone you know is good with fiberglass then I'm sure something could be made. Your car is looking great though!

I am good with fiberglass, but this is a metal project.

You couldn't mold a fiberglass panel for it? It seems like doing metal work would be harder and more permanent.

Most of the work I'm doing on this car is permanent, that panel is no different.

Ford should've made it flush with the tail lights anyways. I'm just fixing their mistake.

I agree. If that is the case and you just want a trunk that is flush and follows the lights, then get some metal, grind down the paint right below the 3rd brake light, and start trying to fit the metal how you want it and when you like it tack it up. Tough part would be bracing the back of it and getting the right curve to it, if it needs a curve.
