Rich_cpw,

Sorry, it WAS LA Wheel and Tire, California Chrome was the one with the pricing at $185.

Finally talked to LA Wheel and Tire, they quoted $230 a wheel and a 3 week turnaround time for the process. They also charge $100 for return shipping, you pay to get them there. There is a description of the process on their website. According to them there is no problem with cracking on their wheels, in fact they explicitly stated that the Black Winterchrome is more durable than regular chroming.

Nice car, you coudl certianyl get away with black wheels on that car. Tehonly time i am not a fan of black wheels is with all black, they need a chrome lip or somethng. That car woudl look great with some shelby CS69's. I am also partial to the Shelby redlines, you can get them from the seller I used on ebay for $600 for teh full set in 18" staggered, just be sure to get the 41 offset. They are gunmetal, which is actualyl damn near the color of your car.

Might as well post mine too. I still have a lot of cosmetic and suspension work to do. This is just after the wheels were installed.

Love Sterling Grey... makes the 'Stang both bad-*** and a sleeper at the same time. Good paintwork too - the depth on mine with Surf City Garage Carnauba is something to behold!

Those are 18's? Or 19's? I'm really bad at this.
