Default New Wheels and other mods

Well, my Steeda CAI and Tuner arrived late on
Wednesday, so I installed them yesterday. Wow,
they make a big difference.
My GT500 Wheels(18"x9.5") & tires arrived yesterday and
they were put on today. I love the way they look.
The only thing that I don't like about them is that the
front tires are 255/45 and the rear tires are 285/40.
While the back tires look cool, I'm going to get some
255/45 tires for the rear also. I like the tires to be
the same size so I can get them rotated.

The car looks great with the new wheels. No way would I get them all the same size....I like the muscular, aggressive look of a staggered set of wheels. Everybody knows you're supposed to have a little more in the rear.....

Hm, seeing them in the flesh, suddenly I'm not so sure about those rims. Perhaps it's the amount of meat on the them, or because of the angle of the picture, but they just look so ridiculously small for the car. I'm assuming it's the angle, much like the picture in my signature, hah.

If the car gets lowered it will look better. I also agree, leave the rears like they are. Besides with that 5.0 u need all extra traction u can get.

I think it might be the angle, but I don't think they look ridiculously small.

I like how they look, and I too would not get smaller width tires for the rear. The extra width on the rear is one of the things that make those wheels look so good.

Thought those were 19...

Anyway, a 255 tire will look ridiculous on that 10' wide rear wheel.
The rim will be sticking out and you'll also get into safety issues under cornering.
Not good on all counts.

Usually a tight fit will bring best results.

All 4 wheels are 18" x 9.5" so I think the 255s will be fine.
