Default HID advice needed

Thinking of doing HIDs, dont have much cash,
DDM Tuning Raptor v2 kit or Retro-Solutions Economy Kit?
Raptor kit would leave me without hi beams but I doubt I'd ever use high beams with xenons. Both are roughly 50$ shipped to my door.
Advice from those who have either of these kits would be appreciated.
also hows the cut off for these kits, dont wanna blind everybody at night.
Thnx

EDIT:

Got the DDM single beam kit, but its got 2 prongs on the end and the factory wiring needs a male 3 pronged connector, what did I do wrong?
would a wiring harness work or do i need the hi/lo kit, cuz apparently for this to work you need to sand down the prongs and fit them into the 3 prong female connector...

VVme sells a dual beam kit for 45 bucks.....that's the one I have...
DDM is only 60 bucks for the dual beam last I checked....

Don't get the single beam...you will regret it and end up spending more money in the long run.....ask me how I know lol

$50 HID kits will be utter crap. Do it right and get the Retro-Solutions Digital kit for ~$180. Better to save money and have a high quality kit.

Yea I have heard that the Retro solutions digital kit is pretty much the best you can get without a projector retrofit, but dont have that much cash.
As far as inspections go, we've never had any of our cars inspected (8 years in ohio)
Will have to do some research on the vvme kit, also how about the Retro-Solutions NightVision kit? anyone have any experience with those?

DDM kits are great. If you do some searching you will find some bad but alot of good stuff about them. They also have a lifetime warranty on there kits.

well not gettin vvme, chinese hid kits not a good idea plus the audi guys seem to really hate them, diff color bulbs, ballasts frying after a month, etc, seems like it depends on luck if you get a good kit.

Spitfire, are those the raptor v2s?
looking at either those or the Retro-Solutions NightVision kit, anybody have the nightvision kit?

also, I need a relay harness right?
