Was up there today getting some warantee work done and noticed they had 3 Roush cars on the lot. One was a 2010 427R and the other 2 were 2011 Roush stage 3's. I was checking out the 2011's and saw they had put a "Fair Market Value" increase on the price of $10,000. I thought these were going for sticker or below (even the roushes).

nope that is pretty common in a lot of areas in Texas. Depends on the area though.

I didnt think it was either, maybe they were unsold 2010 stage 3s or something? i thought stage 2 was the highest for 2011 so far.

My local dealer has three Stage 2's on the lot all with $10k markup. I sat down with them and the markup never came into the conversation. We were below sticker without even asking.

Yes, they are definitely on crack. No one in their right mind is going to pay a $10k bump...and if they do, they should be smote.

It amazes me that in this economy a dealer would mark up a car that much. Maybe a grand or two but 10?
