Where to get the MCA stripe?

I had a local body shop shave the emblems, MIG-weld the holes to fill them in, and repaint only the area occupied by the stripe. It took like 3 days of labor in total.
Unlike factory stripes, these stripes had no guide marks, so it took the body shop longer to get them applied correctly.
