Sure. I work in alpharetta. Mileage is off temporally. My car has low miles .. couple of weeks driving around with modified rear axle ratio and tire size will have the odometer correct again.

wow, you just uncovered the method to rollback miles lol. i guess I thought mileage data was stored in the car not on the cluster. i hope its off in your favor. There has to be a way to set mileage accurately, if the cluster went out or had to be replaced with a new one under warranty it would show to be a new car again. I'd bet ford would get in trouble over that.

When you order a New Cluster it comes preset with whatever mileage the dealer tells them.

I wonder how much a new cluster would cost.

A new cluster is around $350 plus a $350 core charge. The problem is dealer probably won't accept a gt core for a gt500 cluster so you are out $700 plus install cost.

Sounds odd that the dealer can't set the mileage for you. I bought a used 2004 F150 FX4 cluster to put in my truck 5 years ago and the ebay seller was able to program it to the mileage I gave him. Maybe ask another dealer?

Speedometer shops can do it. Dealerships don't want that software in their service department for legal reasons.
