Fifthwind, I've seen that stripe from the link you gave me for the 2010 mustang. I don't like it though. IMO, the bottom part is too thin and doesn't reach down low enough.

Is it possible to put the 05-09 C stripe on the 2010?

I'm wondering the same thing. I think the bodies are too different to do so tho.

But I'm a senior in high school and I am gonna go to Penn State or BU most likely so I'll be leaving Florida pretty soon.

Here is the decal I was looking at: http://www.bobwhitedecals.com/Produc...scapeBOSS.html

I really like the look of it and I am considering purchasing it, but a lot of my peers say I shouldn't because my car isn't actually a Boss.

Please note that I am going to get a dual exhaust system (my car will not look like a V6).
One of the "national pastimes" is customizing the appearance of Mustangs to "please the driver." Very few Mustangs have "run in LeMans," but there are a million Mustangs with "LeMans stripes." You might want to change the "302" lettering to "305HP" to better show what you are driving - or just put on the word BOSS - but there are no "decal police" in real life. Bob White Decals will do that "custom lettering" for you. I almost went that way - I think it looks sharp - but I wound up going a little different way:

Thanks man, and yes people used to give me **** about having Boss stickers on a V6, but they were mostly just messing with me because of my age (16) and trying to see if I would get angry at them. Now no one really cares, they like my car, and I love it. It's my first car, so it being a V6 doesn't bother me at all. Most 2010-2011 owners are really cool anyways, they all love my car too and they know it's a V6.

My rear decklid came from Ford. You can get it online or from the dealer, here it is on Ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-F...ht_1657wt_1165

I think your Stang would look good with a decklid panel but they might mess up the flow and look of your SS stripes. But if you get the Boss stripes like on my car, then yes the decklid panel would go great with your stang.

BTW - My dealer had put the stripes on my car so I don't know who they had install them, sorry. :/ You can get similar stripes here though, http://www.ridergraphix.com/2010_mus...oss_Combo.html

Finally! Thanks for finding correct-looking reverse C-stripes for the 2010. I've been looking for these for almost a year.

My 2010 GT certainly isn't a BOSS, so I hesitate putting those words on my car, but since it's supercharged with an upgraded suspension/exhaust, I guess I don't mind "BOSS Mustang GT" so much.

The only reason i don't mind mine having BOSS all over it is because the dealer had given it to an aftermarket company to make a "Prototype". The company also did some machs but their not around anymore.

I have my VIN number in that blank space (Photoshopped out)
