Default Quarter window scoop removal?

I've got a 2011 GT White. It came with dealer installed quarter window scoops or louvers. They aren't louvered but solid and painted to match the paint of the car. Dealer told me they are adhered to the glass. Any suggestions on how to remove them? They are made of a plastic material. I am not concerned about damaging the louvers, just don't want to damage the glass or the car paint.

The Roush louvers come with some small screws that screw on a piece of metal that is seriously glued to the widow.
If your louvers dont have any type of screws, i would take them off with a small thin knife (cutting between the tape) since i suppose they will only have the double sided tape all around the edge.
