Had a local shop paint mine and then they outsourced the installation to a glass shop in town. Go figure. I know they said you had to be careful taking out the existing glass because you can easily leave scratches in that channel that may not get covered up by the louvers. The hammor method might actually be effective I couldn't see myself not leaving a scratch or trimming the interior molding without messing something up. Definitely love the way they turned out though!
