Thanks JeremyAlan I will call and explain to them my situation and ask if their wire harness will work for what I am looking to do. Because my car is not legal the way it is and Im not concerned about keeping it legal.

so no harness exists for what I was trying to accomplish. I called harness companies to see if they would even make me one but they told me that was not possible. So I has someone install a relay and wire up the new set of fogs getting power from the battery. Thank you all

Alright, back with the info.....

You'll need to buy 2 9145/h10 MALE ends to plug into the FACTORY harness, once you have that, you'll have the bare leads to make your own harness to go to the factory fogs, and the GT/CS fogs. You'll need 2 9145/h10 FEMALE ends for the factory grille fogs, and 2 H11 FEMALE ends for the GT/CS fogs.
So once you order the 6 connectors, you get to assembly a new harness, and not hack up the factory wiring. Sounds complicated? No, it's freaking simple. The 9145 male ends plug right into the factory gt fog harness, and this is where you'll start the making the harness for the GT/CS lights, hook the 9145 FEMALE ends up along with the h11 FEMALE ends to the bare leads. Solder and heatshrink everything all together, and whamo, you are set. No hacking factory wire harness and everything works off one switch.
All you need is some wire, the 6 plugs, some heatshrink, and about an hour of time.

I have the Roush front end with the added foglamps and wiring harness. There's a relay in there that's triggered by the new switch added to the lower dash. Roush isn't selling the harness without the bumper cover any more, but I'll see if I can get enough info off the side of the relay to spec it out. Added to your parts, it should be a complete copy of the Roush harness.

I think I am going to do my harness a little different. I am not using the H11 ends just another H10 female and then use the factory gt/cs harness. making a Y and then plug and play. Thanks for the link. got my parts on the way.
