Everywhere I look, the GT front fascia or front bumper kit is the only one advertised... except for the Cervini's for the V6 but IMO it looks too "exotic".

My question is is the front end of the GT and v6 the same or at least simlar enough that the GT aftermarket fascias can be set on the v6?

It is a direct replacement.

You can put the Roush bumper on your V6.. You just need to order a GT/CS grille surround to use your existing V6 grille, or a GT surround if you want to add the Roush grille instead.
