Default 2010 GT Convertible Stripes

I have a 2010 brilliant silver GT premium convertible. Bought car because of the brick red/cashmere leather interior not the silver. Silver is nice but plain and I want to add stripes. 1st thought was factory 2010 look or the super snake not LeMans. However the American Muscle is to skinny. I like icody's gold on black, much more factory looking. Where can I get a nice stripe or do you recommend the dual LeMans stripe? If LeMans 8" or 12"?

I'd say do the Super Snake or nothing at all. I just removed my factory stripes, so I lean toward none but that's just me.

Could always do some other exterior mods (wheels, tint, grille) to help it stand out more.

I vote LeMans stripes 12". SS stripe looks weird with a fat line going down middle of your car, in my opinion.

8" is too skinny, any wider it just looks bad. Again, in my opinion.

I like the factory look- and I also like the subtle look of gray on silver... I am biosed however!
Also, for what its worth I would have them painted on... Vinyl will fade and doesnt respond well to a lot of waxes or cleaners- IMO. My stripes are going to have to be removed because detailers using waxes / cleaners not realizing it was deteriorating the vinyl... Am I the only person with this issue??
BKamp613- how did you remove the stripes? Thanks

The 12" LeMans stripes would be the way to go, for sure! 8" looks kind of silly and slim on the new body-styles

Silver on silver, would also look awesome with the red interior!

As for removing stripes, the only way to remove them is a heat gun and a lot of elbow grease! It is definitely not an easy task, especially if they have been on for some time.

I hope this helps!

Have a great weekend!
