Pictures as requested!
As you can see, up close you can see my less than perfect workmanship, but from a distance they look great in my opinion, and it doesn't even take that much distance, only a few feet. I got first in class at my latest car show so I don't think they look too bad at all

No problem at all
What I used had a grainy side and then a smooth side, the side I have facing out of the holes is smooth, thought it would likely adhere better to the back of the holes once you rough it up just a little. Next time I run by Lowes I'll try to find out exactly what it was I used, it was in the plumbing department if I remember correctly. Mainly I went in without knowing what I was aiming for though, just went looking for something relatively thick, durable, and plastic to match the composition of the rest of the fascia.
I would guess that any form of roof type, thick flashing or plumbing seals should do the trick. I aimed for about a thickness of maybe 1/8 inch.

North Carolina General Statute (NCGS 23-130B) says you can have as many "auxiliary lights" as you want, but you can only burn two of them at a time in addition to the headlights. Still undecided, wheels first, fascia later.
As always, I do appreciate all of the input, opinions, etc. This is a great group.

I added some small lights behind the grill on my CS and stuck a switch under the hood for maintenance purposes. It activates a relay which then powers the lights. They are on when the car is running as a daytime running light type with the stock lights still as the factory system is setup. I run all six at night and have yet to be questioned in Fl.
You could also use the fog, high beam, or low beam power to activate a relay to power the lights when either one was on.
