Talking Hood bulge stripes are on the way!

I've been waffling on this for months. I finally chose the stripes I want and placed my order today. Here is what I ordered in matte black for my silver 2011 stang. Tell me what you all think.

I hope I can align and install them properly!! I will post pics when complete.

Those should look good, and they're also pretty affordable which is just a bonus. I need to see what I want to do down the road about decals. Should be sweet to see your pictures when you get them on though, might help me figure out what I want to do!

Attached pics as promised. I am liking the way it turned out even if I did not install them perfectly. They are nice and parallel to one another. But, the drivers side is about 1/16" too far away from the crease in the middle of the hood. Next up is matching stripes for the trunk.

It was not too difficult. Not sure I would call it easy, though. I had a friend help and I recommend doing the same. Four hands are better than two. He gently squeegeed the stripe as I peeled off the backing. That helped a lot. It took about 1.5 hours.

Those stripes look great.

I wonder how hood spears would look with those?

Not good IMO. Maybe with the hood bulge stripes that do not have the pin stripe.
