Whats the deal with the offset on RTRs?

If I run staggered tires (which I know a ton of the guys on here do), as well as directional tires, each tire is stuck wherever I put it to begin with. How much more wear can be expected on the front tires (as in how many less miles might they last)?

that all depends on your driving habits and the kind of roads you drive on..no one can really answer that question..only thing I can say is make sure its properly aligned and proper air in tires to get most out of them

I prefer a flat wheel that fits over a hot wheel toy sticking out.

I'll have to agree with the wing comment (prefer the wing delete myself)...but those wheels you've got 808ssp do look good and fit nice.
The problem I'm having is I would ultimately like 19" wheels with a 9" width. There aren't many options aside from the black FRPP track pack wheels. 20" wheels look nice but there isn't enough sidewall for an all season everyday driver IMO.
I might end up going with the DR-37s but I'm having a REALLY difficult time deciding.

Less expensive alternative with slightly better offset.

I bet if I posted a poll with my clean black 2010 with RTR's versus whatever it is that you call your car (I'll go with Match Box given you already used Hot Wheels), I'd bet 99% choose me. Just saying. Enjoy the snickers from those driving around you dude.... your car looks flat our ridiculous.
