If you had said that you read several troubling stories and would not trust them, that would be an opinion. If you don't have first hand experience with them, and evidence of their crookedness, you have committed libel.
Popping off calling someone a crook in a public forum with nothing further is assinine. I'm not defending the company. I never had dealings with them. I just don't think it was appropriate for you to throw that out the way you did.
As the OP said, he was just sharing a nice looking car.
And remember, companies being sued have lawyers. People commiting libel are a good way to pay for them.

Libel has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not you have first hand experience with the "offending party". there is documented proof to back up what the person said therefore it is not libel.

Maybe I should delete the post and we can start all over again??? I did not want this to turn into a fight over your dislike for Hennessey. I appreciate your comments, but this was not the post for it. If you feel that badly about a company then there are many other outlets that you can use to vent your frustrations. Please don’t do it in my post. Thanks.
