Opinions on Rims/ideas

There's a difference between going somewhere in the snow and having to drive in the rain though. I had the "summer" Pirellis on my 2008 Mustang and I couldn't get traction worth a crap on wet pavement. Now mind you, those were the cheapo original equipment ones (not the $350 a piece ones included in the Brembo package) but they were terrible. I have the all-season Pirelli tires on my 2010 and they're fantastic for wet traction...errr they were....until I put 20K miles on them and now they're in need of replacement.
PS...I doubt you have much to worry about with fading if you remove your stripe. A 2 year old WHITE car with a uv clearcoat? -No problem. Now if it was Race Red, Grabber Blue, or Tricoat Yellow you could start to worry about fading....

God I don't know what to do! I love my car more then anything and just want it to look good, i'm more into show then go for some reason only bc I feel you can only go sofast, I've driven the 2012 GT500 and let me tell you that thing is an animal but I would never buy one bc in jersey its hard to not drive in traffic and what a waste of power and not be able to use it often!
I worked on an 11 roush stage 2 today not supercharged and really loved the rims on it but they were really heavy, this is killing me.

Well I've decided to go with the brembo wheels from roush and realized duh I work for Ford so I should be able to call them up from the dealer and have the parts guys say its for the dealer and get a discount! Surprisingly I was right for once and get 15% off each wheel which is better then nothing!!!
Anywho my parts buddy gets off the phone with them and I gave them the part number and what do you figure Roush has them on back order and to try again in a month! Figures just my luck!!!!! Grrrr

angryBits has "selling Stock 2011 GT 19x9 Brembo Pkg Wheels and Tires (400 miles)" in his profile signature. I don't know him (not personally endorsing the sale or anything) but you might send him a PM and see how much he wants for them.

FWIW, I got the black brembo wheels installed and they look great! My main criticism of the brembo wheels is that they look "nice". In black it gives the car a much more evil appearance.
I know this post is useless without pics...I'll try to put some up later tonight. One problem is that the pics don't really do it justice (camera tends to underexpose the wheels with a bright background and car color). It looks MUCH MUCH better in person.
