Windblox convertible windscreen

I agree it would be quick to steal and for the time it takes to put top up / down I normally do... kinda like putting a car cover on outside without a lock, just asking for it to be taken, thieves are opportunists.

I've got the Windblocker SE. You get a 10% discount if you tell them you're a Mustang Forum member.
It's still somewhat expensive, but I chose it over the plexiglass because of the glare issues, as well as not wanting to have a huge piece of plexiglass hanging from my seats.

okay I have just sent the Windblox back... I wanted to have something I could leave on so I could just get in and drive, unfortunately this didn't fit the bill with excessive glare with the top up... top down was definitely not as bad so was forced to decide whether I wanted to remove and put it back on everytime I wanted to use it would require getting a case for it at added cost, storage plus the hassle... I will update...

The one I have been using since 2007 is the Stretch-net ( http://stretch-net.com/mustang2005.2009_E.html )
Good Points- It takes less than 30 seconds to install or remove,
fits in the glove box,
is made of lycra and mesh, so the seats can move without an issue,
does not block the rear seat,
simply slides over the head rests, and a strap goes into the console,
blocks wind from between the seats,
color matched to your interior,
does not block rear vision.
0 interference with anything
Bad Points, does not like the cloths dryer
expensive for the size(again R&D cost of materials, limited market ect...)
I had one in my 2007 , and now have one in my 2012, I am an avid convertible enthusiast, and drive with the top down as long as we have no precipitation and the temp is above -10C (top does not like to move below that temp).

By the way, They didn't have to do so much research and development since they copied my windblcoker, the stretch-net! I have created thid type of windblocker in 2007.
