License Plate Hole Plugs?

I removed my front license plate and remember seeing something on here about color matched plugs for the holes. Does anyone happen to remember where these are sold?

I've got a related question - I have a 2013 V6 and the splitter mounted under the front fascia seems a little flimsy/flexible (behind the leading edge, that is). Does anyone know if the AM folding plate bracket - http://www.americanmuscle.com/flipdo...te-manual.html - will mount securely to it?
