I like the clean lines of the stock 2011-2012 hoods but the scoops don't look bad. It's up to you, who cares if it's not functional? Just so long as you don't add hella obnoxiously large scoops everywhere and call yourself a racecar driver, I couldn't care less. Do what you think looks good.

I have a hood scoop on my car it's non functional and I think it looks good but I agree with what Wade said, as longs as it's not huge and looks out of place then I think there ok.

I like how it looks on wanakanabe's (black), but not on other brighter colors. At least on black it blends in more and you don't really see the gap where it meets the hood.

Not for me, but do what you think is best for your Stang...

I think they look really good. I plan on getting one on mine in the future. Who cares if they're nonfunctional? If you want it, get it! It's your car, do what'll make you happy!

True, but the air filter isn't located anywhere over the engine, so it really isn't "functional."

Pointless waste of time given the air intake is down by the driver's side headlight...

My car came with it, and like others have said, they aren't functional, but I like mine. The car looks very retro like a 70 Mach 1 and again like other have said it is your car, do what you want, Opinions are like A$$holes, everyone has one.
