I had a question, it's actually just to double check because someone on here told me that it would fit and work but I just need to make sure. I'm converting my v6 front to the GT with CS lower fascia, and I have the grille surround BR3Z-8419-AA, and the current grille I have for the v6 is the black pony delete grille from American Muscle http://www.americanmuscle.com/2010-v6-black-grille.html

Someone told me this grille will fit the grille surround. Can someone confirm? Because I wanted to get all this installed tomorrow but don't want to run into fitment issues with the grille. Thanks guys...

I don't believe it will work, but why don't you just call AM and ask them?

Unfortunately, you're correct....I just called AM, and it has been confirmed, the grille doesn't work, looks like I'm going to be ordering a GT grille from AM right now. Well at least now I get to figure out which one I want to buy lol

I have a GT grille in my v6....if you put the v6 grille in the GT grille surround it would fit...you just have to have the overlay part of it drilled into a non pony package grille with the emblem in the middle cut off.

Thanks buddy, actually I went back and looked at everything. The part number that I listed above is the GT/CS grille surround, which I can put any v6 grille into that surround, so I'm good as is. I don't have to purchase a new grille surround.

I actually checked the price from Tousley Ford, and my local dealer matched their price. Part # is in my original post.

Oh okay very nice! I want the CS facia as well and I think that would complete my front end. I'll wait a while thought since I just ordered the Stillen Chin Spoiler xD Thanks I'll bookmark this page with that number.
