Just some follow up info-
Yes that is the bumper you want. Great price too
Yes that is the lower fascia you want
I have the Starkey foglight kit (my car didnt come with fog lights OEM) and their kit is GREAT! Looks OEM, and very, very easy to install.
Last depending on what grille you get you might need the GT grille surround. I went with the Mustang Club's of America grille (only availible on the V6) so I needed the grille surround.
