Purchased a CDC decklid panel w/ 5.0 emblem on thursday received an email from them with order details also it said i would receive another email with tracking info within 24 hrs. so I get up the next morning and nothing so I call and i am told that it is being shiped directly from CDC and i should have it Tuesday(today) and for that reason he couldnt give me a tracking number, he also said the emblem was coming from them. So today i get a tracking number from Blue Oval Industries?? I am like what is going on, so I try to track it, nothing, not in the system. So i call CDC to find out what is going on?? They (CDC) were great and told me exactly what was going on. Apparently they shipped BOI about 30 of the panels on Wed. and they dont even sell the emblems like I was told. OK, so I call BOI, ask him whats going on and told him what he told me the other times I talked to him and this guy goes off on ME?? Tells me he is canceling my order and refunding my money. I dont want the money I want my part. This place is ridiculous and I will never buy anything for my car from them again. My wife informed me she got the RTR spoiler from BOI and it was nothing but trouble. NEVER AGAIN!!

This post is just like the 100"s before about Blue Oval. All end the same way with the owner going nuclear on clients.

All someone has to do is google them in advance.

Glad it worked out in the end. CDC is a class organization.

I dealt with them once, while I got the parts they weren't what they said, and yep they went Nuclear. Last time they ever got my business.

I never had a problem with them but the horror stories I have heard on here make me stay away anyways. Glad you got it resolves.

According to the article on the BBB website he says he doesnt have to respond to lies and inaccurate information. After my experience I do not believe there are any lies being told on BOI. I know I was told lies by BOI, basically to buy them time until they received the parts from CDC, then when I confront them about it I am the bad guy?? You dont gain loyal coustomers by lying to them then going off the deep end on them when they ask you about it. I will stick to American Muscle and Latemodel Restoration, both have excellent coustomer service and great products!!
