Foglight bulbs

The foglights on my 13 GT/CS are not as bright as the headlights. Will simply replacing the foglight bulbs get the lights as bright as the headlights?

I put 4300k HIDs in my fogs, it made a huge difference. i got mine for about $90 at a shop

Hoen has a bulb that matches the color better than the stick H11

I also put a HID conversion kit in my fogs.
Cost me $35 from ddmtuning.com
