Default New Hood looking for some advice

Hey All
Looking for a new hood, Just FYI my car is white and I plan on painting it the same color so not thinking I really need to spend the extra cash on carbon fiber just to paint over it. I really like the ram air with heat exchangers style, Concerned about water getting in both from the ram air area and more concerned from the heat exchanger area. We all get caught in the rain from time to time and I’m not too awful concerned about that but mine is a daily driver in the summer months. It sits in parking lots during the day and some times sits out side all night. So rain is a concern for me, what have you guys/gals done to combat the water issue. I don’t like the idea of drainage from the heat exchangers running down into the engine compartment, Please provide experiences and thoughts

There aren't many hoods out for the 2013, a hood that fits the GT500 from 2010 on should work though.

Here is a photoshop of where mine is headed and how it will look at the end of the month.

No I won't be up there. Hit an orange traffic cone that was dropped in front of me by a pick up on I-94. Doing 70 mph with no where to go. Smashed the lower grille, bent and creased the chin spoiler, dented in the front bumper, and now I have a shimmy that needs to be checked out. That's why the car is going in the shop on 9/23 - initially was for the new hood and he needed it for a test fitting. Now he said "might as well do all the rest of the work and get the hood done then", but he can't get it in next week because he will be out in Connecticut picking up an engine for a custom job he is doing (shop owner is a friend of mine and he is doing the body and paint personally).

No he didn't stop. I keep passing the cone sitting by the side of the road on the way home and have thought about stopping to pick it up and see if they have their name on it.
