Default Super snake stripe (yay or nay?)

Thinking about a matte or gloss black super snake stripe on this. Opinions?

I think it would look good good either way but gloss may go better with your rims.

+1 on Matte for that color. Grabber Blue is is more of a pastel/monotone color, so breaking it up with a matte color is ideal. The gloss is going to pull too much attention towards the stripes and you'll risk losing the overall look of the car.
The other reason you want to go matte, is that it will blend easier with all of the textured plastic parts on the '10-'12's.

I'm considering the same stripes. But I'm looking to "ghost" the stripes so they are visually just hinting at the stripes being there.... So I'm thinking a pantone shade away from Performance white mixed with clear metallic and elastic additive then masking off the stripes and spraying it on. Should hint at the stripe being there and depending on how the light hits it will show more defining contrast with a silver shimmery tint.

I've done this before and like to experiment since I shoot the paint myself.

"Bling"

Thanks for the replies. Waiting on my stripe guy to get back with me. He has been in a training class the last couple of days. Gonna see if its cheaper for him to get the stripe or if I should order one online. It would be better if he can get it local in case something goes wrong. Consensus is its a PITA to install. The guy I'm talking to will do it cheap. Not sure if he knows what he's getting into.
