That is the GT/CS lower valance (comes standard on the California Specials)
You can find the complete kit here:

The other piece that is showing in that pic is the BOSS 302 splitter, which needs the GT/CS lower valance for proper install

Be advised while you are shopping...the only difference between the GT/CS valance and the BOSS valance is one comes with lights, the other doesn't. You can buy the lights seperate, but it will obviously be cheaper to purchase the whole unit w/lights

thanks for the fast reply, exactly what I was looking for

Can anyone comment if the lower valence lights work as well, better or worse than the OEM front grille mounted fog lights...regarding night visibility?

Can you use the GT/CS foglights and the normal GT foglights at the same time? or are the GT foglights disconnected to power the GT/CS foglights?

this is the cheapest I have found the kit with the lights so far

you disconnect stock to plug into the new ones but I dont think you could splice them off same harness might be to much juice.

I bought my BOSS lower valence from American Muscle:

Just bought my Boss lower valance + fogs last week from CJ Pony Parts. Free shipping and it was cheaper than American Muscle. I used t-taps to connect the valance fogs to the grille fogs.
