2013 headlights in a 2012

So I just scored 2 13-14 headlights for 135 dollars.. Problem is they don't come with bulbs or the d3s ballasts.. My question is.. Is there an aftermarket alternative? Oem ballasts and bulbs are ridiculously pricey.. Bulbs are easy to find I'm more concerned about the ballasts.

Go on ebay.. Less than a $100 per side for the ballasts
