Default Marks on the leather wrapped steering wheel

Hi all,
anyone have suggestions on repairing blemishes on the steering wheel? Mine has a couple of scratches but right in the center there a mark kinda like the prev owner had a spinner clamped on it although not really deep but you can see it even if I use leather cleaner/polish so I'm looking for a type of filler I guess. Just not sure what to use..
Thanks
