Default Body work & Paint on my 2011 GT

It's been a little over 5 years since my last body & paint thread on my '00 GT https://mustangforums.com/forum/4-6l...-my-00-gt.html and it's time to do another one. I've had my '11 GT for a little over 2 years and I've messed around with a few small things, but now it's time to go all out and redo the whole thing. I've got some good plans for it, shaved handles, recessed/frenched emblems, custom chin spoiler, air suspension, and a few other things. I've been tinkering away at it for about 2 months or so and haven't gotten too much done, but here's a few pics of where I am.
More to come, stay tuned.

I've been working on a few different areas and I made the the section that will sink into my trunk lid for the rear emblem. I took apart the factory faux gas cap (which I had previously swapped to a V6 emblem with the tri-bar pony and painted the surround black) and I plan to just use the middle circle to clean things up a little bit. I've also been working on a new splitter for my chin spoiler. I paid $500.00 for the RTR chin spoiler/splitter (which is actually a CDC chin spoiler that RTR sells with their own fiberglass splitter) and about 6 weeks after I put it on I hit a truck tire carcass on the highway and waived bye bye to the splitter I didn't want to spend another $500.00 so I'm going to repair a small crack in the spoiler and I'm making a new splitter from sheet metal.

I've gotten a bit done since my last post. I got my bumpers sanded and primed, got all my air suspension parts, and started cutting up the fenders for the recessed emblems. You can also follow this build on Instagram #callahan2011mustang which will have more pics and be updated more frequently.
