Default Added CAI/TB/TB-S Mods, Getting Error Codes And Now Limp Mode

I recently got a 2016 Mustang V6 and decided to add a Spectre CAI, BBK throttle body (73mm), and Airaid Poweraid TB spacer. (Only mods other than 18x9F/18x10R HRE wheels added.) Originally the TB and CAI were added, and immediately got error codes stating an air leak from the TB or inlet valves, as well as a high RPM code, to which the RPM's were at about 1300 in neutral. A week later I added a TB spacer (originally wanted to do all 3 at one time but the spacer wasn't available), but still getting the error codes. Took it to an auto shop but the only thing they could tell me was that the RPM's would go to normal if the AC was turned on. I took it out for a test drive today, and after about 7 miles and up to a speed of 60mph I got hit with the Limp Mode. I pulled over, shut her down, waited a bit, then drove home. I'll be taking it to a different auto shop in town, but wanted to know if anyone can give me some ideas of what the problem could/would be and what the solution would be.

Thank in advance,

The spacer isn't the cause of anything -- other than making your wallet lighter it doesn't do anything.

The throttle body could be the issue. The BBK caused lots of problems on the 2005-10 V6's. The CAI probably isn't the issue but could add to the BBK problems.

Pull the useless spacer and BBK throttle body and put your original throttle body back on and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't, then pull and replace the CAI.

Air leak likely at gasket where throttle body mounts. Make sure there is in fact a gasket installed. It should be a rubber ring inserted in a groove in intake manifold face. The gasket needs to seal 360 degrees. If it is damaged or not seated correctly, then fix or replace, they are pretty cheap, use an OEM gasket.
