Hey,

I am also hearing the same clunk noise on my 2016 V6 as well. I thought it might because it is new but I am just under 5K on my car still hearing the clunk noise. If what your dealership was able to fix it, I will definitely schedule a visit a to the dealership now.

Also I did a quick google search, and found this youtube video link on CarGurus.

CarGurus related to this topic.

My 16 had the dreaded drive line Vibration brand new. 2 service visits a new d shaft and rear end fixed it... great car except driveline I guess?

But depending on how noticable/severe the clunk is it could be a " normal characteristic" there has to be some slack in a d line.
