since the is no CAI for the v6 I started looking up just for the replacement air filter, and the gt and v6 share the same part number.
stock air filter number: 9601
so on kyn on both of them the part number is: 33-2431
how am I so sure, just placed in one today

Nice where did you get it. The local auto stores doesnt carry any 2011 K&N air filters yet. And did you notice any improvement.

I baught in murryas speed and custom, its the exact same one for the gt, you can get it trhough any k&n aprooved dealer
I did noticed from the very start, pulls harder in the lower rpms, I know that cause mine did not even squitch the tires leaving wot, not spins a little, and revs faster from 5k to 6800 where it shifts.......
actually it should be the same improvements than in the gt, since its the element itself, and they share the stock part number also

well its not in stock in KNN direct, but you can get one your self in your local speed shop,,,, trust they will have it, its the same one for the 5.0 and 4.6 2010 as it shows! so yeaahhh they will have it, unless its a jdm shop

I just wanted to thank bym for giving me the heads up on this as the local parts stores say they don't have K&N's for the 11's yet and all wanted $60+ for the 2010 gt filter so i went to ebaymotors and got it for $47 shipped and it fits perfectly so thanks again man
