6+6;

If Ma didn`t want to drive the car I would probably have the same 6sp, 3.31 setup you have and frankly I probably would not have tuned it. I don`t street race but do enjoy an occasional trip down the 1320. I don`t have a cai and I won`t and my car runs fine returned to stock.

Left as it is the, 2.73 geared vert doesn`t feel lively around town. A change of gears (next spring) and tune and magna-flo streets (ma and I both think car is too quiet) will be all I do to this car. In all areas except at low speed this car is all I want or need as far as performance goes. With the 6sp even that wouldn`t be a problem so I do understand exactly where you are.

Drive that car a while and see if it satisfies your needs. If so, good. If not then see about performance mods. With the 6sp and 3+ gears I imagine your car does very well. I have to keep my wife happy so I had to give a little to get a lot.(sad for a 69 year old)!!!!!!!

Keep driving 6+6

Well 56 here.......wife say stock pipes too loud LOL..it's lively now though, we'll see, as I said I like you can read adn clear codes though, that is a up side, cause cost 80.00 to have a dealer read and then charge to fix, maybe save a few there on the diagnostics?

guess with new X3 you can save the stock tune to computer, but according to website you have to call sct to load it back on handheld if ever had issue...
