Hi guys just got off phone with Ford, Mine was built 4/15/2010 but the guy I talked to own a '11 GT that had a affected 5.0 with the issue, he told me if there is a recall it will come in mail to me, but to just notice any issues, he searched all of fords site on tranny, clutch and drive line issues and the only thing that came back on the V6 was the shutter in the shift stick all us 6 Speed manual have felt and this is due the the dual flywheel thing adn is a normal condition during 2500 to 3500 deceliration..so that's mentioned, but nothing about clutch pedal, what he told me happened to him was going fast at 5 to 6.000 rpm, shifted, pedal stayed on floor........... OMG.........WOT to hell..so he had his fixed, but only 6's he has senn come in is guys with bunch burnt rubber under wheel wheels from doing burn outs and ruined clutch.............so crossing fingers, he said don't bring in unless you get a recall, if running good now, don't sweat it, so I'll just drive it./.....

it wasn't his gas pedal that was stuck down, it was the clutch pedal

The next recall will be for the 375 Lb ft torque rated 6-speed manual
tranny in the 2011 GT V8 that produces 390 Lb ft of torque.

Is your build date the same as what is on the drivers side sticker where you open the door? Mine shows 5/10. Also you can go to www.flmowner.com and put in your vin number to check for recalls.

Maybe just paying more attention lately, but when idling do any of you w/ stick shift feel a slight vibration when holding stick, nothing serious, but definate buzz in the hand? guess it's been there and normal but since all the stuff about clutches came up lately noticing everything anymore, it will drive us nuts I suppose LOL.
