it will be next to nothing. even if its different by a little bit you could attribute the changes to the built in error in the dyno itself. if that is the only reason of going back to the dyno you are wasting your money IMO
it wont be a waste of money since i did not pay for the first as he was having a bit of a problem with it. Plus I would like a readout sheet of my numbers.
After reading all this I think I will just let it all be as it is.

You're putting way too much stock on the dyno numbers, plus the diff between 2, 91 octane tunes in terms of HP is another useless test. Stop thinking HP and think torque, drivability, performance over which ranges of RPM, etc. Even my 89 octane tune out-performs my 93 tune for typical driving.
