when car is on idle , u can bearly feel any flow out of the exhaust if you place your hand two inches from the tips

me and my cuz noticed how restricted the stock mufflers are

The stock pipes aren't restrictive. I'm sure you're used to the feel of flow from a V8. With your 6, you're feeling 25% less flow. Besides, measuring the flow with your hand at idle is an absurd way to determine how restrictive an exhaust system is. The only thing restrictive here is your thinking.

maybe but on my v6 monte carlo i could feel alot more flow, not much to think about really

Possibly your Monte Carlo simply had a larger displacement and therefore more cfm thru the pipes. Pipe diameter may also greatly affect perceived cfm. I'm not as intimately familiar with the '11 3.7L but considering what Ford has been doing on the Stangs for HP, I'd be surprised if the 3.7 exhaust was restrictive at all.
